The rules  of studying with us

1. The first introductory lesson, lasting 20 minutes, is free of charge.

2. Subsequent lessons are held after 100% prepayment 24 hours before the start of the course (except for the “Personal” tariff).

​

3. The school provides students with all the necessary electronic learning materials.

​

4. The duration of one lesson is 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on your choice.

​

5. Lesson times are agreed in advance between the student and the teacher via the course administrator on Messenger.

​

6. Lesson times are indicated according to your time zone.

​

7. Cancellations and rescheduling depend on the tariff you have chosen.

When choosing the “Personal” tariff, there are no restrictions on the number of cancellations and rescheduling of lessons.

When choosing discount rates, the student has the right to cancel and reschedule up to 15% of the lectures planned for the month (if 15% is less than 1 lesson, the student is given the opportunity to cancel one lecture per month). If the 15% limit is exceeded, each canceled lesson is considered to have been held and is paid for in full. This restriction does not apply to pre-planned vacation days during the July-August study period. The course administrator must be notified of any vacation at least 2 weeks before it begins.

8. Students can reschedule a lesson at least 12 hours in advance by sending a message to the teacher on the platform and then canceling the lesson in the schedule.

9. If the student does not notify the teacher of the cancellation 12 hours before the start of the lesson, the lesson is considered to have been held and will be paid for in full.

​

10. In the event of public holidays (days off) in your country of residence, the student must notify the teacher of the cancellation of the lesson in accordance with paragraphs 8 and 9 of this document (at least 12 hours in advance).

11. For group lessons, the same cancellation rules listed above in paragraphs 7 and 8 apply. It is not possible to reschedule group classes. If you are the only student in the class, the lesson is considered an individual lesson and is shortened by 10 minutes (for 30-minute lectures), 15 minutes (for 45-minute lectures), and 20 minutes (for 60-minute lectures). The price of the lesson remains unchanged.

12. If the teacher does not contact you at the appointed time within 5 minutes, the student is obliged to immediately report this by contacting the administrator via messenger or by calling the school's phone number +420608248062 or +420733311449.

13. If the teacher cancels the lesson less than 12 hours before the start of the lesson or does not show up for the lesson without warning, and we do not provide a replacement teacher, then this lesson will not be paid for and the next lesson will be discounted by 50% as compensation.

14. If your teacher is unable to conduct a lesson for any reason, the administrator has the right to offer a replacement.
​

15. If you would like to recommend our school to someone you know, please write to the course administrator and you will receive 1 free lesson as a thank you for your recommendation.

16. Students may change teachers by notifying the school in advance in writing at cosmostudy21@gmail.com or via messenger.
