How to connect to the lesson
Technical settings and connection testing
We recommend using the following browsers to conduct classes on our platform: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari version 11+. If you are using an iOS device (iPhone or tablet with this operating system), we recommend using Safari. You can achieve the best sound quality by using headphones with a built-in microphone.
1. First time connecting to the lesson.
When you first connect to your lesson, the system will ask you to grant access to your camera and microphone.
In the pop-up window, check the “Allow” or “Share” options.

2. Next steps for connection.
Click the NEXT button when it becomes active (appears on the right).

3. Set up your camera and microphone.
The camera is considered set up when you can see yourself on the screen. If you cannot see your image, check the Camera list to make sure that the correct camera device is selected.
The microphone is considered set up when you hear a sound after pressing the red TEST SOUND button and saying a few words into it. If you can't hear yourself, check the Microphone list to make sure that the correct microphone is selected.

4. Finishing the set up.
Check all three boxes after checking the camera and microphone.
After that, the system will start the lesson.

After checking all technical settings, you can enter the Class:
5. Next time you connect
On the main page of your Account, you will see the lesson scheduled in the system. Five to ten minutes before the lesson, enter the lesson by clicking on the “Enter Lesson” button.

Resolving technical issues
If you have any technical problems at the beginning or during the lesson, please follow the steps below.
Usually there is no need for this check,
but just in case we recommend that you know where the “Settings” option is located
1. We recommend going to settings and checking the equipment settings.
The name of the camera, microphone, and headphones must match the device you are using.

2. If a device is displayed with the label Disabled
If you see a notification that one of the devices is Disabled, activate the Recheck Equipment function in the settings.
