How to use our platform
General profile settings
1. Set the platform language
To do this, click on the globe icon in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Information about the account
Add information in the “View profile” section (photo, about yourself)
3. Contact the teacher
Communicate with your teacher via messenger (the “envelope” icon)
Connecting to the lesson
1. On the main page of your Account, you will see the lesson scheduled in the system. Log in to the lesson 5-10 minutes before it starts by clicking on the “Log in to lesson” button.
2. After all technical parameters have been checked, you will be taken to the classroom:
If the teacher has not yet joined, you will see the message “Waiting for teacher.” If the teacher has not joined within 2 minutes of the start of the lesson, please send them a message saying that you are waiting for them and notify the course administrator via messenger.
Virtual board and its usage
1. You can use the board to draw and write on it
To write, click on the "A" icon
To draw, choose the crayon icon
2. You can upload your completed homework assignments and other documents, such as photos, to the board so that the teacher can see them on your shared Whiteboard.
To do this, click on the + button in the lower right corner of the Whiteboard. Then select the desired document from your computer's disk using the “Upload lesson materials” button and confirm your selection.
Homework and how to do it
After the lesson is over, you can review the material covered. To do this, use the “Past Classes” option - “View Lesson” - “Homework” modules.
When the teacher publishes the assignment, you will receive a notification by email.
You can complete the assignment on the interactive whiteboard. Please note that the assignment may consist of several pages.
Once you have completed the assignment, click “Finish” - “Send notification.” The teacher will receive a notification.
Cancellation and rescheduling rules:
CANCELLATIONS: Lessons can be canceled once a month (for 1-2 lessons per week) and twice a month (for 3 lessons per week). Lessons can be canceled no later than 12 hours before the start of the lesson. Otherwise, it will be considered as having taken place.
This rule applies to all tariffs, including the “Personal” tariff.
RESCHEDULINGS: Lessons can be rescheduled once a month (for 1-2 lessons per week) or twice a month (for 3 lessons per week) by agreement with the teacher. All other rescheduling must be agreed upon with the teacher and depends on their availability, according to their Calendar (see Instructions below). To ensure that your lesson is not lost, it must be made up within a month.
How to cancel or reschedule a lesson:
1. You can cancel both group and individual lessons, but only individual lessons can be rescheduled. To ensure that your lesson is not lost, it must be made up within a month. If a canceled lesson is not made up within a month, it will be considered completed.
2. Find the lesson you want to cancel in the lesson schedule and click the “Cancel” button.
3. Send a message to the teacher stating that the lesson has been canceled and indicate the date you would like to reschedule the lesson.

4. Once you have agreed on a reschedule, the teacher will create a new lesson in the system. The lesson with the new time will appear in your schedule.
